Vice Admiral Vashti Soban was an Hiigaran Navy officer, in command of modified Tier 1 Carrier Khar-Kalad. As a commander, she served as second-in-command of Task Force Ararat. Her ship was presumed destroyed by progenitor forces shortly after exiting Wiracoda gate, alongside Admiral Enoch.
