Greetings Commanders, some of you have reported that they would have liked to see stronger perks for our new legendary officers: Pagraan and Mehemit Matara. We are currently working on a buff to their perks that better reflects their status as legendary officers. Right now, their officer perk increases the Rare Earth chance and yield by 0.01 per rank. This increase is lower than intended. In the future, our goal is that this perk increases by a factor of 1 per rank instead. At present, a brother at their starting level will grant you a 21.06% chance to get 11 Rare Earth during Refining. After our planned change, the officer will grant you a 26% chance to get 16 Rare Earth during Refining. These numbers will increase by 1 per rank up for the perk.
